There is a new game out on the Google Play store today that is a free-runner platformer but with a Tron flare to it with it’s futuristic visuals. Developed by Hope This Works Games Inc, Polara will have you playing as Agent Lara who is trying to escape from one hell of a security system. There is a rather unique color switching game mechanic in Polara that you’ll need to master if you play on surviving long enough to get through the game.
You’ll need to switch her color to match that of the object you want to run, jump, or use in order to actually use it. As you can imagine, in a fast-paced game such as this, you can easily switch to the wrong color and die. Items like color coded speed ramps, launching pads, gravity waves, hex bombs, and energy platforms are all things you will need to switch your color back and forth, from red to blue, in order to be able to use them.
