Torchlight: Infinite’s eighth season Sandlord is here! It’s the game’s biggest season yet, and is officially live now. It brings a ton of new stuff that really flips the usual flow and has you building a floating empire in the sky.
What’s in Store in Torchlight: Infinite’s Eighth Season Sandlord?
The Cloud Oasis is the highlight of the season. It’s a city you run. You’ll be gathering resources in the Netherrealm and then turning them into real gains by assigning workers across five professions.
That unlocks new trade routes, bonuses and seasonal rewards. It combines ARPG combat and strategy sim.
Thea is no more the usual divine channeler, she’s been twisted into something darker. She now goes by Blasphemer. Instead of blessings, she spreads desecration, stacking Erosion Damage that gets nastier the longer it ticks.
The Deep Space region was given a serious makeover too. There are five new stages in there now, and they’re filled with monsters and survival challenges.
You’ll also find a new item called Probes. They work like Compasses but go in their own slot and increase both your rewards and the difficulty.
New Stages Are Here
Endgame is also getting a few new Legendary Stages. These are rare but worth hunting down, bringing loot setups that change how you approach your run.
Some zones are going completely off-script, like in the Abyssal Vault which doesn’t have a single enemy. It just has piles of Mystery Chests waiting to be cracked open.
On the flip side, Sea of Rites gives you a goblin swarm. They don’t attack, but if you take them out, you might summon a secret boss.
Then there’s Supreme Showdown, where you and the bosses both get to use the Golden Gaze mechanic. Land the right hit and you can turn enemies into treasure on the spot.
Meanwhile, Torchlight: Infinite is also turning two. You can grab the game from the Google Play Store and dive into the latest season.
