Asobimo, the creators of Toram Online, have released their newest game Torerowa on mobile. It’s a Dark and Darker-like roguelike dungeon RPG. The game rolled out an open beta in august 2024. Free to play, it’s available globally now.
What’s the story in Torerowa?
It revolves around Restos, the dungeon you’ll be diving into as a traditional adventurer. The deeper you head into the dungeon, the stronger the enemies and the greater the loot.
But the real victory lies in getting out alive. Apart from grabbing treasures, you have to escape through portals before the dungeon swallows you whole.
Torerowa puts you in a party of up to three, either with friends or through matchmaking. You’ll fight your way through treasure-guarding monsters, gathering loot and experience points to level up.
There’s a social element, too, because as many as five different parties can be crawling through the same dungeon at once. That leads to tense encounters. You can sneak past others without incident, or ambush them and claim their hard-earned loot.
Every run ends with your spoils being appraised. What you bring back, you can turn it into equipment, materials, or gold.
You can carry gear back into your next run as well. It’s the usual extraction formula, but Torerowa’s colourful presentation and party-based structure give it a nice, playful touch.

A launch celebration is on
To kick things off, Asobimo is running a launch celebration with tempting rewards. The event starts on September 25th and runs until November 13th, 2025.
Log in during the period, and you can snag exclusive items in two volumes. First, the Bear Punk Avatar Outfit, which gives your character a quirky look. Second, a full set of four Treasure Weapon Avatars.
