Ngel Games has announced the official release date for the Tower of God Idle RPG adaptation, Great Journey. The developer reports that the game will launch on February 14. Along with the announcement, the developer teases pre-registration freebies that are now up for grabs.

Tower Of God: Great Journey is an Idle RPG adaptation of the popular webtoon, Tower Of God. Ngel Games is the studio behind the upcoming game, bringing the beloved show to life in gacha format. Build a team of your favourite returning characters, and clear the missions based on the manga’s story.

Valentine’s Day Gifts

As stated earlier, there’s some rewards that you can redeem at launch if you pre-register for the game now. The specific rewards themselves consist of 50,000 gold and ten Tower’s summon tickets.

Among these pre-registration gifts is the epic-rated character, Endorsi Jahad. In a promotional image for the game, it seems that the character has been ripped straight from the pages of the source material. She appears in chapter 13 of the first Tower of God volume, and has a regular role in the series. If Endorsi is one of your favourite characters, then this is your sign to pre-register!

You can do so on Google Play.

Trailer Out Now

If you weren’t aware, the Tower Of God: Great Journey trailer came out on January 2. The trailer teases the upcoming campaign, as well as displaying some of the Idle gameplay.

A stand-out for the trailer, however, was the new approach to the cinematic animations. One fan, @BM0NNZY, commented on the trailer on YouTube, praising the aesthetic of the game.

Why does this look so much better than the anime…. what a shame the anime couldn’t be animated like this. Great trailer though!

The trailer is available to watch on YouTube now.
