Unique new physics-based puzzle game Elastic World now available

A rather unique physics-based puzzle game has arrived on the Android Market from developers Monkey I-Brow Studios called Elastic World. In this game you have to contract and expand weird elastic shapes in order to make a ball hit the floating star.

This is definitely easier said then done as each shape you get to contract and expand happens to be really oddly formed. On top of that, you will have to get creative on how you use your shapes to get the ball(s) to the star(s) such as bouncing them to get better height.

Elastic World’s physics engine and collision detection was also programmed entirely from scratch and the developer built the entire game over a 6 month period while working at a full-time job. Not too shabby at all. Each level in the game gets increasingly challenging and sometimes you have to have some pretty quick reflexes as well. You are competing against the clock and the lower amount of moves that you use, the better your level ranking will be.

If you are interested in giving Elastic World a shot, it is available in a free demo version for you to try out and a full version to purchase for $0.99.
