If you played Wall of Insanity and liked it, you’ll be happy to know that its sequel has landed on Android. Yep, Wall of Insanity 2 is now out, taking you back into a nightmare realm where survival depends on grit and the right firepower.
What’s in store in Wall of Insanity 2?
The game is set in a world twisted by decay and dread. It follows a special SWAT officer who becomes the last survivor of a police squad after a raid on a dangerous cult’s hideout goes wrong. He gets pulled into a monstrous necromancer’s domain.
The sequel expands on the original with larger levels, more aggressive enemies and a broader arsenal. Combat is now more dynamic, and the game introduces new hostile creatures. Resources are scarce, as usual, so surviving requires balancing aggression with conservation.
The world is richly detailed. You’ll find diverse locations, destructible and dynamic objects, and many hidden routes. They hold secrets, items, and clues associated with the squad’s fate.
Along the way, certain characters provide insights into the oppressive world. There are multiple difficulty settings that significantly alter gameplay. The best part is that you can change it mid-game.
While its structure remains mostly linear, Wall of Insanity 2 has fast gunplay with a good amount of ammunition. On that note, catch a glimpse of the game right here!
Storytelling is more developed this time
The devs have paid special attention to the narrative in Wall of Insanity 2. Unlike its prequel, this one has additional cutscenes, dialogue, and found diaries revealing the plot.
The developer, known for their Slaughter series, wants you to experience a better version of the single-player third-person shooter. The game has intuitive controls, with full gamepad support and flexible graphics options.
Check the game out on the Google Play Store. It costs $4.99.
