Kemco has decided to randomly hold a big sale on their Android games on both Amazon’s AppStore as well as on Google Play. Almost all of their games on Google Play have been reduced to a mere $0.99 over their usually regular price of $3.99. Additionally, about half of their games on Amazon’s AppStore are also marked down to $0.99 as well.
One game a lot of people would have picked up already if it wasn’t for the fact that it has been an exclusive with Amazon’s AppStore is Warner Bros’ title Batman: Arkham City Lockdown. Well if you’ve been waiting for the game to land on Google Play you’ll be happy to know it is now available for download.
Xbox One and the Playstation 4 are both pushing the second-screen experience with plenty of their major titles. For those of you not familiar with what the second-screen experience is, basically this offers up the ability to access exclusive content, manipulate in-game features and other goodies when your phone or tablet connects to one of these consoles.
Back in March of this year Gamelion launched a location-specific open beta for their 3D action game Rage of the Gladiator. Well as of today that location-specific beta is now over and the game has officially launched for everyone worldwide. So now you can enjoy hacking up your enemy in gladiator style combat.
Sega has just released their MMO titled Puzzle Pirates onto iOS and in doing so have mentioned that this game would also be coming to other tablets this Summer as well. You may remember that we talked about this game back in March of this year as coming to Android tablets so it looks like the wait may very well be almost over.
Skyjoy has announced that they will soon be releasing their rather nifty arcade game called Super Kid Cannon. They are labeling this as a ‘vertical launcher’ which is not like a Doodle Jump type of game because you are not jumping as high as you can go. Instead you’ll be launching your character, who is a red panda, to the top of each stage.
Sonic The Hedgehog is celebrating its 23rd anniversary and to help with the celebration Sega has put a few of the blue hedgehog’s games on sale both on Amazon’s AppStore and Google Play. There are a total of four games on sale for a limited time with savings of up to 70% off.
One game we’ve been reporting on for over a year now is an tower offense/defense type of game called Eden to Green. While the game was originally set to come out by the developers themselves, Zynga picked it up as part of their partnership program and now it is being released under the Zynga brand.
Disney has released a second game onto Google Play today but this one is more of a mini-game based off of the Monster University movie from Pixar. This little running game actually has ten different stages for you to race through with the goal being to chase down and catch your rival school’s mascot named Archie and tire him out.
The main software to run your own hosted Minecraft: Pocket Edition server has now got itself a Minecraft Realms feature as well. The great thing about this new feature is that you can actually switch back and forth between PocketMine servers and official Mojng hosted Minecraft Realms servers. Oh and you don’t need to be rooted or anything like that to take advantage of it.
