OnLive has slowly been making moves to invade the Android gaming arena with it’s game streaming service. Yesterday during Uplinq 2011, they announced the Universal Wireless Controller. With this, you can play any of their games on any device that supports OnLive which includes Android tablets and phones.

This week in World of Midgard development news contains a few more videos. We have two videos of two more bosses in-game, which there seems to be a lot of although we aren’t complaining. We also have a walkthrough of another dungeon as well so sit back and relax and enjoy the videos.
Infinite Dreams has a new game in the works called Jelly Defense. This will be the third installment in the ‘Jelly’ series of games with the previous two, Jelly Chronicles and Jelly Invaders, having seen good success on iOS. Jelly Defense though will also be landing on Android shortly.
Gameloft have apparently been busy the last few months as word on the internet is that they plan to unveil more games at E3 2011 which will, yet again, be temporarily exclusive to the Xperia Play. This means that these games for one month will only be available to that device. After that it will be made available to others.
HandyGames announces sequel to their popular tower defense game Guns n’ Glory. This time it’s World War II.
HandyGames has just announced that they are finishing up development on a sequel to their very popular tower defense game called Guns n’ Glory. While the first one was set in a western theme, the sequel will fast forward through time and place you in World War II.
Another week and another Gameloft game is announced. This time around it is an official game and not one that is unnaturally close to another game on another platform. Today Gameloft has released a trailer to their upcoming game, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard.
Qualcomm has really fired up their whole push with Android gaming as of late. Their newest announcement comes during Uplinq 2011 which started today and is a ‘Game Pack’ which will feature a slew of titles from a few top game developers that are optimized for their Snapdragon chipset.
Wednesday Morning WTF: Minecraft fans make a map of the Earth in-game… and it is (almost) to scale!
Since Minecraft is being debuted on Android next week at E3, we figured today’s WTF segment is a nice way to get you a little more revved up for it. Granted it will be exclusively for the Xperia Play at first but will land on other Android devices soon after. Today, we have a custom map that is just insane.
