Back in April of this year we reported on Terry Cavanagh’s challenging retro-style platformer called VVVVVV and the fact it would be landing on Android soon. Well for those of you who have been waiting for this game to be released, it is now available on Google Play. However this isn’t the only game from Mr. Cavanagh as Super Gravitron has also made an appearance as well.

Independent Game Dev Terry Cavanagh of distractionware is bringing two of his games, VVVVVV and Super Hexagon to the Android game console Ouya. Super Hexagon is slated for a release next Tuesday, July 3rd, with no date given for VVVVVV. Super Hexagon has players controlling a triangle through a hexagon without hitting the walls.
Terry Cavanagh already has plenty of fans in the mobile gaming scene with the release of Super Hexagon, along with a couple of his older titles as well. One of his bigger hits though is called VVVVVV and awhile ago we reported on the fact that it would be coming to Android. Well it looks like it will finally be happening and soon.
Terry Cavanagh, developers of such gems as VVVVVV and Super Hexagon, has been busy porting over a variety of his older Flash games over to Ouya to start things off right. So far he has ported over ten of his older Flash games and is also strongly considering bringing VVVVVV and Super Hexagon over to Ouya as well.
Good news for fans on indie games or, more specifically, those created by Terry Cavanaugh. The creator of the rather popular and difficult indie game Super Hexagon has labeled his 2010 award winning indie game, VVVVVV, as coming soon to Android and iOS. This indie platformer quickly became a hit, gaining a rather large cult following just like his newest game has done.
