The Gamerator will satisfy all your arcade-style gaming and beer drinking needs

Once in a very rare while we end up finding something that is just too awesome to pass up on reporting on even though it isn’t Android related. It has happened twice before with the Keg/PC by nVidia shown at CES 2011 and also with the USB Nerf rocket launcher. We can now add the Gamerator to this distinguished list.

What is the Gamerator? It’s an arcade machine that also supports the ability to not only keep a pony keg of beer cool for you, but you are able to pour it from tap right from the front of the machine making it very easy to top your beer off between rounds of Street Fighter. It also has two in-dash cup holders so you don’t spill your beer everywhere while you try to kick your friends ass in whatever game you are playing half-wasted.

It actually comes pre-loaded with almost 100 classic arcade games to choose from at any time to play but since it actually runs off a Window PC (inside), you have the ability to customize this any way you want with any game you want to play, add any programs you want or connect online. Dragon’s Lair, Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition, Gauntlet, Castlevania are some of the games available pre-installed on the Gamerator.

Full Gamerator features:

  • Refrigerated interior capable of holding a standard pony keg of domestic beer (international options available)
  • 26″ HDTV Monitor
  • Each unit is professionally hand built to your specific needs/specs
  • Windows XP system for complete customization
  • All units come with a standard trackball system (big white ball in the middle) as well as the dual-joystick setup
  • Custom two-tone color scheme available using any colors you want

Since this is running off a Windows XP operating system and does use an HDTV, we are sure that you could modify this or work your way into it to get your Android devices attached to this either through HDMI or any other means to even have more fun with it. However if you want one of these bad boys, prepare to dish out some decent coin in the amount of $3,499.

You know what would be fun? Sticking the Android OS onto the tower as the operating system and playing a game like Dungeon Defenders on it. Could probably map the buttons to make Pocket Legends work on it as well.
