Gamevil just announced a moment ago not only their commitment to bringing Xperia Play optimized controls for their games for people to play but also what titles will be coming out with Xperia Play optimized controls. Included in that list is their newest RPG called Illusia as well as the upcoming next installment into the Zenonia series.

It has been awhile since we had a really good rumor going around and why not on April Fools day, of all days, to have one come to light. Kyocera, the people who manufactured the slightly odd dual-screen Android phone called the Echo, are apparently developing a ‘gaming tablet’ for Android now. Mr. Blurry Cam got involved.
Just in time for Opening Day for Major League Baseball, Com2uS has just released their latest installment of their Baseball series which is also it’s first release for Android, in 9 Innings: Pro Baseball 2011! This isn’t only a baseball game but also a collectible trading game as well in which you can gain new players for your team.
Fishlab’s have released a version of their awesome space combat game, Galaxy on Fire 2. This version of Galaxy on Fire 2 is strictly for the Xperia Play but don’t let that get you down! Our friends over at Handy Games are holding a contest in regards to their Guns N’ Glory game to celebrate 50,000 fans on Facebook. In celebration of this great moment in Facebook fan history, for Handy Games anyways, they are letting you guys come up with a new unit in the game. Even better, it’ll be modeled to look like you!
Sneak Peek: Infinite Dreams working on third installment of the Sky Force series. The Revolution is coming!
Infinite Dreams already has two Sky Force games out for both iOS and Android which comes with some pretty great features including evironment objects that can be destroyed, a mix of 2D/3D graphics and even little things like different weather. Both are vertical scrolling shooters in which you control your ship and blast enemies.
OpenFeint originally started doing the “wave of releases” back when they first came to Android, announcing 10+ games at a time with OpenFeint integrated into them. They haven’t done it in awhile but it seems to be back as yet another wave of great games has been announced and landed on the Android Market.
Gameloft was sneaky about this game release. We knew it was coming to Android but we just didn’t know exactly when. Apparently that time is now as Gameloft has released Dungeon Hunter 2 onto Android featuring some big improvements over the first one including co-op multiplayer with up to three other people!
The developers of the amazingly addictive Fruit Ninja have done it again! Halfbrick Studios new game, Age of Zombies is now out in the Android Market. The game is a shoot-em-up with tons of weapons, levels, and even many eras to destroy the zombie plague in. This game is already optimized for the Xperia Play.
