A big update landed on the Android Market for the hit indie game from YoYo Games called They Need To Be Fed. One main feature added to the update is support for the Xperia Play controls but that is definitely not all. More content came to the game as well.

Welcome to the second part of a double shot today of Android Gaming News. There was so much news last week that our friend AndroidAtNight had to make back-to-back episodes of AGN. While one focused on a lot of balls, this episode goes over some of the other big Android gaming news items.
We have a few new hidden gems to tell you about already this week and Sandago by Hot ‘Tato Studios is one of them. Sandago is a new take on the classic “match blocks of the same color and then tap to remove” type of games except for one thing, there are no blocks.
There are only a few entertaining instances so far where a developer has actually called their game one of the worse games made. The original King’s Bounty game has been played on the PC for quite some time now and has gotten quite the following. The sequel, King’s Bounty: Legions, was released as a Facebook game not too long ago and Nival Interactive will be bringing it to mobile including Android.

Amazon has a nice tower defense game up for free today for those of you who can access the Amazon App Store for Android called ZDefense. This game by ZStudio is a nice retro-style tower defense game that is usually priced at $1.99 but for today you can grab it for free.
You may remember last week we reported on a charity auction on eBay for a limited edition Xperia Play that was sporting a Minecraft skin. If you missed out on your chance to spend a ridiculous amount of money on the custom Xperia Play, now you have a chance to win one from Sony Ericsson.
It’s Monday morning and it’s that time again for another episode of Android Gaming News. In this episode our friend AndroidAtNight goes over the past week of gaming news for Android but unlike other weeks we have a double shot of AGN episodes coming to you today.
Last week we reported on a new game coming from our friends over at Infinite Dreams called Shoot the Birds. For once the birds take a bit of damage this time instead of being the heroes and it’s your jobs to shoot as many of them as you can while wearing a pumpkin on your head.
