Noodlecake Games have been porting and bringing popular iOS games to Android since just before this past Summer and all of those games have been pretty good. Well one title that Noodlecake has been brought on to bring to Android is the great indie game from RocketCat and Madgarden called Punch Quest.

The rather popular point-and-click adventure game series Broken Sword has gotten another installment released onto Google Play today called Broken Sword II – The Smoking Mirror. Developed by the fine folks over at Revolution Software, this is the original Broken Sword II game but completely remastered for mobile gameplay. Releasing this game right now is no fluke either as the plot of the game revolves around the end of the world as predicted by the Mayan calendar which, for those of you who don’t know when that is, will be on December 21st, 2012.
Angry Birds, the original game, has turned three years old and to celebrate Rovio has pushed out a new update that brings 30 new levels to the game. This, however, certainly isn’t the only thing that came with the update, there is also cake, plenty of cake for all to have. There is also a new bird that has arrived to the original game with this update.
What was supposed to be the official launch of Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour last night has unfortunately taken a turn for the worst and Gameloft has pulled the game from Google Play temporarily. The problem? Well we don’t exactly know what specifically the issue was but a Gameloft spokesperson did release a statement to PocketGamer to address the issue… sort of.
So, the Android community has waited in bated breath for Gameloft’s latest war-themed shooter Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour, and it is out now for all FPS lovers and soldier-wannabes alike on Google Play. The 4th installment in Gameloft’s popular Modern Combat franchise takes you all around the globe – from Antarctica to Barcelona – and puts you in the shoes of the good and bad guy.
Mindark, the developers of an MMORPG/FPS game called Entropia Universe, has finally released an official app for their game. Officially called Virtual Tycoon, this new application will allow you to do a few things, from checking the auction house to crafting new items, all while on your Android device.
