Blizzard recently confirmed that the Diablo franchise is coming to mobile as Diablo Immortal.
The master of clones itself, NetEase, will handle the port. That’s the studio behind Rules of Survival and Crusaders of Light.
Diablo Immortal has been built from the ground up for mobile
This won’t just be Diablo III in the palm of your hand though. Blizzard has already clarified that it will be a designed from the ground up for mobile.
It’s also an MMO. While running around you’ll see a bunch of other players battling enemies too. If you want to do a dungeon as a group, the game will handily matchmake you with others.
Aside from that, this appears to be Diablo as you know and love it. You’ll battle hordes of monsters, use your classes’s unique abilities, and loot stuff. There’s a lot of loot.
We’re not sure when Diablo Immortal will launch on mobile, but we’ll let you know as soon as we learn more.
