Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Has Been Delayed Until 2020 on Mobile

It’s a big day for Square Enix so far. Not only has The Last Remnant Remastered just launched out of nowhere but another of its classics that’s coming to mobile has been delayed: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered.

While we were expecting to play it in January 2020, Square Enix has confirmed that it now won’t arrive until the summer. That’s a shame, but we’d rather wait for it to be in tip-top condition first.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Will Feature Full Cross Play

If you haven’t heard of this, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered is a spruced up version of the classic GameCube co-op RPG. You play as part of a team of adventurers who travel the world in a caravan to gather crystals that protect the world from Miasma.

When it does finally arrive on Android, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered will feature full cross play with all of the platforms it launches on, which is set to include Switch, PS4, iOS, and Android.

You can learn more about the upcoming action JRPG by heading on over to the official site. We’ll keep you posted on any news regarding a confirmed release date.
