What’s better than having one 32bit platforming legend in a mobile game? How about having two! Is legend the right word? Anyway, Season 3 of Crash Bandicoot: On The Run is now live and it’s got Spyro the Dragon in it.
The new season adds special gangs and bosses, including but by no means limited to Dark Spyro, Gnasty Gnorc, Dr. N. Gin and Koala Kong. Who all sound suitably alliterative or punny.
Bet you’d like to see a trailer for the new season right about now, huh? Well, good, because we’ve embedded one just below this paragraph. It’s pretty purple, and there’s some severe fire damage too.
What else does the new update bring to the crashing table? Well there are new Bandicoot Pass and leaderboard rewards, as well as Spyro-themed Battle Runs and costumes.
There are also new missions to complete, and two new survival runs – Bear It and Dino Might. You’ll also get bug fixes, optimizations and some extra polish on the graphics. Slick.
