Smash Legends Getting a New Character and Some Six Month Anniversary Content

It feels like Smash Legends, the multiplayer brawler with characters based on famous protagonists and antagonists from folk and fairy tales, is always getting updated. This time round it’s getting a new character and some goodies to celebrate half-a-year since launch.

The new character is Robin. Like Robin Hood. He’s a marksman character with a bow and arrow and some pretty nifty moves. You can unlock him in the paid pass for Season Six: An Overtime Night’s Dream.

That season pass also includes a variety of other goodies, including prize boxes and emojis. Here’s a trailer that details everything that’s coming in this week’s update.

As we mentioned above there’s also a bunch of new content to celebrate the fact that Smash Legends has been out for six months. All players can get a Happy 1/2 Year Gift in the shop until September 7th.

A special event runs until September 14th that’ll let you trade in Dream Pieces for new Legends, and until September 25th there’s a half year celebration dice event that’ll put you in line to win special prizes.

If you fancy giving Smash Legends a go, you can pick it up from the Play Store by clicking here. It’s free to play with IAP, and it’s also one of the best multiplayer scrappers on Android.
