Diablo Immortal Closed Beta Now Live in Australia and Canada

Wait? That can’t be right, can it? Something’s happening in Diablo Immortal’s development cycle? Lol bants. A closed beta for Blizzard’s upcoming mobile Diablo has just launched in Canada and Australia.

It’s also set to roll out in South Korea, China and Japan in the not-too-distant future. To get in on the beta, you’ll need to have pre-registered for the game on the Play Store. If you get selected, you’ll be notified through the Play Store that the game is available.

Blizzard has released a trailer to show off some of the new things that are going to feature in this round of closed beta testing. The biggest one? The necromancer class. Here’s the trailer.

Other new things in the closed beta include 8 player raids, new gear sets and gem fusions, and a bunch of other stuff. You can read about it all at the official Diablo Immortal website right here.

Interestingly, that post reveals the minimum specs for the beta. And here they are –

  • CPU – Snapdragon 670 / Exynos 8895 and higher
  • GPU – Adreno 615 / Mali-G71 MP20 and higher
  • RAM – 2GB of RAM and higher
  • Version – Android OS 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher

It also reveals that there’s controller support. Hopefully that’s something that’ll be included in the full release of the game too.

So there you go, there’s a Diablo Immortal closed beta in a bunch of regions. If you haven’t already pre-registered for the game, you can click here to do it at the Play Store.
