There are quite a lot of Warhammer games on the Play Store, ranging from card-based tactical battlers, to serious action. But which ones are the best? Well, that’s the question we’ve decided to answer in this here list. We’ve picked out what we think are the best Android Warhammer games.

You can click on the names of the games below to download them from the Play Store. The games are premium unless otherwise mentioned (which unfortunately is quite a lot).

The Best Android Warhammer Games

Here come the titles!

Warhammer Quest

This free-to-play offering is a tactical RPG set in the Age Of Sigmar. Assemble a team of heroes to take on the forces of chaos, and see some familiar faces… well, familiar if you’re into Age Of Sigmar, anyway.

The Horus Heresy: Legions

A TCG set in the formative age of the Warhammer 40,000 canon. You’ll build up a deck of heroes and use them to fight other players and AI controlled hooligans alike. It’s not quite Hearthstone, but it’s not that far off. It’s free with IAP.

Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade

What’s better than blasting things with futuristic weapons? Stomping around in a giant robot while blasting things with futuristic weapons, of course. This one still looks impressive, and it’s got some good explosions. It’s free with IAP.

Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus

A free-to-play tactical game Tacticus sends you out to assemble a crack team of the grim universe’s most battle-hardened and deranged warriors to form an unbreakable force for turn-based battles.

Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge

Feature image for our Warhammer Warpforge news piece. It shows an in-game screen with a wrecked city backdrop with several ork cards on the field.

A collectible car battler that lets you round up all kinds of heroes and nasties from across the galaxy and put them, and you to the test against the game or other players, complete with some pretty gnarly arenas to play in.

Warhammer: Chaos And Conquest

Before things get too 40K-dominated, let’s round off back in ye olden times with Warhammer: Chaos And Conquest. This base builder MMO lets you contend with players across the globe and ally with them, or y’know, pillage, burn, salt their crops, all that sort of stuff.

Warhammer 40,000: The App

Want to play a good old-fashioned game of 40K with the figures? There’s also an app for that! The official 40K app is a handy quick reference for all the game’s units, and a simplified version of the core rules. So there’s no excuse not to finish painting your miniatures now.
