Anime Vanguards Blossom Guide
Blossom takes inspiration from Sakura, originally from the Naruto series. This new unit as of Update 0.5 seems rather unsuspecting due to her low Epic-rarity status. However, as it turns out, she’s quite the underdog needed for the newly added Raids.
Raids launched with one stage, the Spider Forest, which has 4 acts in total. The final act takes the throne for the most difficult to complete thanks to the bloated enemy health bars and the status effects they inflict on player units during their travel.
Completing Spider Forest Act 4 is the only way to get the new Exclusive Renguko unit alongside being the best Raid to grind for the most Red Webs turnover on completion. The fourth act Raid truly challenges your team build, and those who favour guns-blazing DPS units won’t get very far.
The New Support Meta
Alongside your heavy-hitting DPS units and a Farm unit, you’ll want to place Blossom and pay for her to reach upgrade 3. When at her third upgrade, she gains an ability titled ‘Medical Chakra’ which cleanses allied units of inflicted status effects.
Currently, without a Blossom unit on your team, Act 4 of the Spider Forest is nearly impossible since the final boss has a Stun move that lasts indefinitely unless scrubbed by a support unit. Blossom has huge importance in your Raid team if you want a chance to obtain the Renguko unit and survive Act 4.
She is easy to pull from banners, cheap to deploy costing only 450 and easy to upgrade.
