The Eggstravaganza just hit Dead Rails, and if you want to complete the challenge before it’s over, you need to engage in a very dangerous Easter Egg hunt. Luckily for you, we’ve put together all the Dead Rails Golden Egg locations, with pictures!

Dead Rails Golden Egg Locations
In order to complete the Eggstravaganza challenge you need to find all six of the eggs in a single run. These are scattered through the different major locations in the game. These generally change places between runs so, you might encounter them in different order.
Tesla Lab
This is one of the easiest to get, as you don’t need to fight anything. You’ll find one egg in the Tesla Lab, behind the table where you place the Tesla parts.
Town Of Sterling
There is one Gold Egg within the Sterling area. The bad news is it’s inside the Sterling Mines. Open up the mines with TNT and follow the left-hand wall up the tunnel on the left from the main tunnel. The egg is hidden behind the upturned minecart at the end of the side tunnel.
Fort Constitution
There are two eggs in Fort Constitution. They’re a little tricky to get, as you will almost certainly need to take out all the soldiers inside. Beware that once you go in, undead soldiers on horseback will spawn outside, so you’ll need to fight your way out.
The first is behind the barracks.
The second is inside the latrines. Hm.. we’re not sure if we want to touch that.
Castle
The Castle is probably the hardest location to get the eggs, as you’ll need to take out all the monsters that dwell inside, so be ready to fight a ton of werewolves and vampires as you make your way inside.
You can find the first egg in the storage room up the left-hand tower, behind one of the shelves.
You can find the second one in the room with the Vampire Knife. Might as well pick up the knife while you’re there.
