Dead Rails Potions Guide – All Ingredients and How To Get Them

Making the different Dead Rails Potions allows you to create nifty items to help on your journey, with each giving you a unique ability. We’ll go through them all in this guide and explain how they work.

Dead Rails Potions Guide

Potions are a new mechanic to Dead Rails. If you combine the necessary ingredients, you can brew a potion that has a unique effect when you use it! Now, let’s find out what you need and the different potions available.

Potion Ingredients

These are the key ingredients you need for potions, and where to find them.

• Blood
  • You can either find bottles with blood inside around the map, or by killing opponents.
• Unicorn Blood
  • Kill a unicorn.
• Water
  • Found in bottles around the map.
  • Falls as rain, forming puddles on the ground when the weather is active.
• Kerosene
  • Also found in bottles around the map.
  • Falls as rain in the Scorched Earth game mode.
• Milk
  • You can either get this from someone (or yourself) in the Milkman glass, or in bottles found around the map.

• Angel Tears
  • Requirements:
    • Unicorn Blood
    • Blood
  • Use: Heals you to almost full health straight away.
• Devil Tears
  • Requirements:
    • Unicorn Blood
    • Kerosene
  • Use: Ignite the area you are currently in with flames.
• Holy Water
  • Requirements:
    • Unicorn Blood
    • Water
  • Use: Ignite and kill enemies with green flames. Don’t worry, players are immune to this.
• Primordial Soup
  • Requirements:
    • Unicorn Blood
    • Milk
  • Use: When you pour this on a corpse, it reanimates them, similar to when you use the Jade Mask.
