How To Get The Dig Candelight Shovel
The Candlelight Shovel is a rare drop from the Candlelight Phantom boss, which spawns within the Rooftop Woodlands at random. The boss has 65,000 health total, and requires group effort to defeat.
When you approach the boss, you’ll notice a blue ring circling it. Step inside to engage in the fight. Similar to when you dig up treasure, you’ll enter the digging minigame, and must strike the boss by clicking to get a strong dig.
Whilst you dig, the boss will conjure red X’s on the ground. You’ll have mere moments to react and evacuate their perimeter to avoid taking damage. To exit the digging minigame quickly, simply jump. If you die, you’ll return to spawn, which is quite the distance away… Do your best to survive!
Continue whittling down his health until he falls. If you’re lucky, you’ll have the Candelight Shovel in your backpack as a reward. Fret not, even if you don’t get the Shovel, this boss has a ton of unique rewards, including a Candlelight Lantern, Cash, and EXP. (There’s probably more too!).
Candlelight Shovel Stats
The Candlelight Shovel is the meta tool of the play test pre-release. Not only is it well-balanced and great for exploration, but its stats hardly falter, meaning enchanting this Shovel is simple, and you don’t need to enhance a specific stat where it lacks.
