Fisch Ancient Orca Guide
The newest update saw the arrival of the Orca and the Orca Migrations, which you might run into if you’re lucky. If you’re luckier still, you might be able to catch a member of the Orca pod as it passes through. (Maybe unluckily for the whale, though.) If you’re exceptionally lucky though, maybe you’ll find the elusive Ancient Orca.
About The Ancient Orca
The Ancient Orca is the Secret variation of the Mythical Orca. It resembles the Orca but with white skin where regular Orcas are much darker. They can weigh up to 5000kg. Their condition and bait preferences are as follows:

- Preferred Bait: Shark Heads
How To Catch An Ancient Orca
The Ancient Orca Migration is a rare variation on the Orca Migration event mentioned in our er, Orca Migration guide. We go into it in more detail there. A pod of Orca will move across the map, over an indicated path. It’s up to you to intercept them in order to catch one of the limited number of whales.
The Albine Orca Migration event is the same principle, but it’s rare, and is populated by Ancient Orca. Only about one in twenty migrations is likely to be an Albine Orca one. The Ancient Orca is also harder to catch than its more common cousin, with a high resilience making the reeling process a lot more tricky. You’ll also have to compete with everyone else who is fighting for the catches too, of course. We recommend high Luck, Resilience, and Control on a rod.
