How To Get A Bug Egg
You can purchase Bug Eggs from the Pet Egg stand, which is located beside the Gear Shop. Stock changes every 30 minutes, so if an egg you like isn’t available, you don’t need to wait too long.
The Bug Egg is one of the rarer eggs available, so be prepared to wait a while before it becomes available. Once it is in stock, it costs a huge 50,000,000 Sheckles… which is very expensive, to say the least.
When you place the egg in your garden, it takes 8 hours to fully hatch.
Pets Found In A Bug Egg
So, what’s inside? The name gives it away, as hatching a Bug Egg will give you a bug-themed pet that will roam in your garden! Each pet has different chances, with some being rarer than others.
- Dragonfly
- After 5 minutes, this pet will give a random fruit the gold variant.
- 1% chance
- Praying Mantis
- Every 80 seconds, this pet will pray for 10 seconds, which gives a 1.5x chance for crops to mutate if they are within 10 studs of the mantis.
- 4% chance
- Caterpillar
- Makes leafy plants which are within 15 studs of the caterpillar grow x1.5 faster.
- 25% chance
- Giant Ant
- 10% chance to duplicate fruit once harvested.
- 30% chance
- Snail
- Increases the chances for seeds to drop when collecting crops.
- 40% chance
