Grow a Garden Burnt Mutation – How to Get it and Stats!
The Burnt Mutation turns crops black, with a faint sparkling effect if they’re unharvested. Once plucked, the burnt crop drips ash, in a similar way to wet crops dropping water.
When a plant becomes burnt, its value increases by x4! But, how do you get the Burnt Mutation if it’s admin only?
Well, it used to be admin only. Now, all you need is the Cooked Owl pet to enjoy the Burnt Mutation. This retextured pet comes with the ‘Let Him Cook’ passive, where every 15 minutes, the pet has a 15.35% chance to mutate a plant with Burnt. Additionally, the Cooked Owl allows all active pets to gain an additional 0.17 EXP per second.
To get the Cooked Owl, you had to be online when the Crafting Update dropped, as this was a reward item for all those present. If you missed out, you’ll have to hope someone is willing to trade theirs or give it away.
The Red Dragon
The headline wasn’t a lie; this mutation used to be Admin exclusive because it was only available to those who had a Red Dragon pet. Currently unreleased, the only information we know about the Red Dragon is what was shared in the Discord Leaks Channel.
This includes its in-game model and passive skill, namely Scorched Soil, where the dragon occasionally sets a random nearby crop on fire, leaving it with the Burnt Mutation.
