Type Soul Cybernetic Box Guide
First, we’ll talk about how to get the box, then what’s inside.
How Do You Get A Cybernetic Box?
The first thing you should know before you go to get yourself a Cybernetic Box is that they’re unly usable by characters on the Quincy upgrade path. You can find them as an Arrancar or Shinigami, but you won’t be able to use what’s inside.
There are three ways to grind for a Cybernetic Box that we know so far:
- Winning Clans Wars
- Winning Raids
- Defeating Bawabawa, the serpent boss in Hueco Mundo.
What’s In A Cybernetic Box?
What’s in the box? The answer is that… depends on how you interact with it! You can get two different kinds of Quincy equipment from the boxes, but you can’t have both kinds. Let’s go over both.
Quincy Attachments
These are cybernetic enhancements that give you access to a different attack. You can roll a Cybernetic Attachment by holding a Cybernetic Box and hitting LMB.
- Bionic
- A bionic arm that lets you grab and fling an opponent with explosive force.
- Claw
- An arm with a curved manis claw that can snap out and stunlock multiple targets.
- Flamethrower
- An attachment that lets loose a burst of flames in front of the user.
- Grapple
- A grappling hook that can attach to an opponent, pulling them behind you before dealing damage on detaching.
- Minigun
- A gun arm that fires several small projectiles in front of you.
Spirit Bows
Spirit Bows are upgraded versions of the Quincy Bow with special abilities. You get a Spirit Bow by holding a Cybernetic Box and hitting RMB. You cannot get a Spirit Bow if you have a Cybernetic Attachment, and much visit the NPC Myrnite in Wandenreich to get your Cybernetic removed if you want a Spirit Bow.
- Ginrei
- A shorter-ranged Spirit Bow that has a melee attack as an M1 fires a scatter-shot projectile as its heavy attack.
- Kojaku
- A sniping bow with a high-damage piercing shot. Its M1s fore normal projectiles while its heavy attack fires an arrow that block-breaks and knocks down a target.
