Type Soul The Zombie Guide
The Zombie is a legendary power, meaning it only has a 6% chance of being obtained. As I mentioned, this is for Schrift and Voltstandig only, which are for Quincy players. Therefore, if you are in another race and want to use Zombie, use a Soul Ticket to reset your faction.
Every time you attack using The Zombie, a bar will fill up next to your opponent. This is called a Blood Bar. Once it reaches 100, your target will turn into a zombie.
However, If you’re on the receiving end of a player using The Zombie, you will need to perform counter-attacks, which lowers your Blood Bar. Your best bet is to kill the person attacking you with The Zombie so they can’t turn you into one of their zombies.
What Happens If You Become A Zombie?
I’ll be blunt… if you become a zombie, it’s game over. You can’t attack or do anything. You won’t be able to control your character at all. What’s even worse is if the person who turned you into a zombie types ‘Return’ in the chat, you have no choice but to go to them. They completely own you!
If you’re a zombie, you will die sooner or later. However, if you don’t do anything (such as take any damage), you’ll die even faster. Some may see this as a good thing, but if you think about the fact the only thing a zombie does is get attacked and take damage… it’s pretty bleak. The good news is, once you die as a zombie, you return as a regular player again.
Zombie Moveset
Let’s take a look at the different moves! If you’re Voltstandig, you will get all of the following. However, Schrift only received two of them which I have marked below.
- Implode
- Well, it’s in the name… your enemy will implode.
- Voltstandig only
- Dancing Dead Boys Club
- Shards of purple light will rain down and hit your opponent.
- Voltstandig only
- Blood Drive
- Dash toward your opponent and spin in the air, then hit them, knocking them backwards.
- Voltstandig only
- Splatter
- A relatively basic hit, but it does cause your target’s blood to splatter across the screen.
- For both Schrift and Volt
- Self-Infliction
- Hit your opponent to stun them for a short amount of time. This is a counter-attack!
- For both Schrift and Volt
