Developed by DoubleBee with help from Mipumi for the mobile version, it’s being published by rokaplay and Headup. The game was originally developed in a very short period. After its Steam release, it quickly gained traction for how oddly satisfying the gameplay was.

A Game About Digging A Hole is simple. You’ve just bought a house, and the backyard is where everything happens. You start with a shovel, no instructions, and a vague hint that there might be something interesting below the surface.
As you dig, you hit ores and materials that you can sell. The money you earn helps you buy better gear. You can get a larger inventory, stronger tools, explosives, and even a jetpack. Meanwhile, the upgrades quickly change how you approach digging.
That’s it, that’s the loop. You dig, sell, upgrade, dig deeper. You’ll run into hostile moles. There are three of them that show up to stop you from progressing.
But the further you go, the stranger things get. Somewhere beneath your feet, there’s a mystery waiting.
