World of Legends is also a brand new MMORPG, but one that tries something a little different. You’ll run around a variety of landscapes, getting into arena-style battles whenever you touch an enemy. It also works in portrait, which is always welcome.

John on Fire borrows very liberally from the action movie franchise John Wick. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but offers a lot of gun-toting fun.

Thumper is a rhythm action game in which you play as a space bug that’s on a mission to defeat a giant head. It’s not your ordinary video game story, but then it doesn’t really need one. The gameplay absolutely shines in this tough gem.
