Bio Inc. from DryGin Studios has received an update early this morning that brings with it some entertaining news features in your quest to destroy the human body you happen to be working with. For those of you not familiar with Bio Inc., the best way to think about this game is that it is Plague Inc. but instead of destroying the world, you’re just destroying the human body.
The 2.0 update that landed this morning brings with it six new stages to work your way through as well as new player progression. Included in this are 25 new boosters to help riddle the human body with all types of fun viruses and bacteria. One of the bigger features to be added is the wonderful “Unprotected Sex Roulette Wheel” which, when you spin it, gives you the chance to have your body infected with various STDs and other diseases. Oddly enough, you can now choose to save John Smith (your patient) for the first time, if that’s your sort of thing.
When we started development of Bio Inc., we knew we had something special, but the overwhelming response from gamers surpassed even our wildest dreams. Outside of the new content, version 2.0 also have some new features to take advantage of such as cloud sync, Bio Coins and a new shop, a new ‘Lethal’ difficulty, and lastly, new leaderboards and achievements are available due to the new content that has been added.
