The Black Clover mobile game adaptation, Black Clover Mobile: Rise Of The Wizard King, has officially launched it’s pre-registration campaign in Japan.

Vic Game Studios brings us Black Clover Mobile, expanding on the beloved anime/manga that the game’s based on. It follows the orphan Asta, who starts their magic learning journey. With training from the Black Bulls, Asta aims to become the next Wizard King.

Pre-Registration In Japan

Seemingly out of nowhere, Vic Game Studios has announced the launch of its Black Clover Mobile pre-registration campaign. The developer posted a Tweet on February 20, revealing that pre-registration is now available through Google Play.

Pre-registration is only open in Japan at the moment. If you live outside of the country, you’ll have to wait for a global release. But that might not be too far away, either…

Global Release

Black Clover fans outside of Japan have anticipated global release news for a while. We’ll break-down what we know so far.

If you’ve been following the game’s development, then you’ll be aware that the developer initially scheduled the game for a 2022 release. However, the studio delayed the game sometime in November. The developer uploaded a video message from the CEO of Vic Games Studios. A segment of the message translates…

Previously, Black Clover Mobile was being developed to launch in 2022, but we had decided to postpone the launch to improve the game’s quality.

Therefore, the release of our game will be in the first half of 2023 rather than in 2022.

We’re unsure if Vic Games Studios is referring to the Japan release or the global release in this statement. We’re more inclined to believe the studio is referring to the Japan release, as the developer hasn’t announced a global pre-registration so far.

It should be noted that this is purely speculation on our part, so we recommend that you take this theory with a pinch of salt.
