Brawlhalla, Ubisoft’s hugely popular cross-platform free-to-play Smash Bros rival, has just received a new character. Mako the Shark is, well, a shark, albeit one who can walk, wear clothes, and punch you right in the face.
He can also wield weapons – specifically, a greatsword and katars. These augment his already fearsome moves and special abilities, showcased in the trailer below.
Mako the Shark arrives just two weeks into Brawlhalla’s season 2 battle pass, and apparently he’s the 51st character to have been added to the game.
The latest Brawlhalla update also mixes up the roster of free characters, bringing in a new rotation, and adds a new set of Weekly Challenges as the game heads towards the end of its current Ranked Season and into its next. Ranked Season 18 begins next week, on October the 7th.
