Computer Lunch’s Cell to Singularity: Evolution has dropped a new update, the Reality Reboot. They redesigned the prestige system with the help of game designer Chyrsto, founder of Danish studio Octocube Games and creator of CIFI and ISEPS.
Cell to Singularity: Reality Reboot is available across Android, iOS, and PC
The Reality Engine is at the centre of this rebuild, serving as a new backbone for the Primary Simulation. Every system has been restructured to support smoother pacing and broader player agency.
Once you hit Research Level 56, you can unlock new chapters of Life in their Primary Simulations. The first new branch is Amphibians that explores everything from ancient caecilians to the common frog.
Twenty-one new nodes extend the life tree, while a dedicated Amphibians generator boosts production in the Land garden. There are also two new augments, axolotl and poison frog.
More than two hundred upgrades
Time upgrades reward long, continuous runs with extra prestige currency. Garden upgrades let you sculpt biomes individually or level them evenly depending on your approach. Synthesizer upgrades boost currency conversion, while capacitor upgrades scale production by leaning into generator variety.
These systems all converge into new prestige currencies, Metabits and Knowledge. You can generate them generate through the Metabit Converter and Knowledge Converter. Metabits still track Entropy conversion. Knowledge unlocks additional Reality Engine upgrades.
