Gameloft has announced that it will be bringing support for Intel-based Android devices to some of their most popular HD games currently available. If you plan on buying an Intel-based Android device when they start hitting the market soon, at least you will have a few games already supported.
Generally when one large development company brings support to their games for a certain chipset, more companies tend to follow in their footsteps. While the current list of Gameloft titles that will be supporting Intel chips in Android phones and tablets is a bit small right now, expect that list to grow over the next short while. Currently the games that will initially get support for Intel chips are:
– Asphalt 6: Adrenaline
– Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus
– UNO
Hopefully Transformer Prime support isn’t too far off either with a lot of their games. So is anyone planning on nabbing an Intel-based Android device when they come out?
