If you’re a fan of comic books then you are probably familiar with Valiant’s rather cool crossover event called Harbinger Wars. Well the comic is now available as a retro style platformer called Harbinger Wars: Battle Vegas which follows the events that actually happen in the crossover series.
The storyline also follows that over the crossover series so if you happen to not read the comics, you’ll at least be familiar with the storyline behind the crossover series after playing this game. When we say this is a retro style platformer, we really mean retro style, right down to the controls feeling like they came right out of the NES era of platformers.
Along with the retro controls and graphics, Harbinger Wars: Battle Vegas comes with plenty of 8-bit chiptunes that were created just for this game. If you’re a fan of Valiant comics, there are plenty of Easter Eggs to find in this game as well.
