Heroes of Fortune has soft-launched on Android. The new mobile multiplayer RPG is from Included Games, a small indie studio based in the UK. It’s a light-hearted but decision-driven title that offers short sessions.

For the lovers of D&D

Heroes of Fortune offers a blend of strategy, loot management, and unpredictable outcomes. It draws heavy inspiration from push-your-luck board games and D&D. The game supports 1 to 4 players in both cooperative and competitive play.

The title offers player-made characters and shared dungeon runs. The character creator allows you to choose from multiple body types, dozens of features, and full colour customisation across those elements. The customisation options are really good in the game.

Progression revolves around collecting and upgrading gear such as weapons, shields, and armour. You can evolve common equipment into epic loot over time. Combat, meanwhile, is fully turn-based.

The raids can be completed in around 5 minutes, making it possible to jump in for a quick session. You constantly decide whether to bank the treasure and leave safely or go deeper for greater rewards. Co-op multiplayer lets players worldwide form parties and dive into dungeons.

The game is currently running a limited-time holiday event. Ending on December 27th, you can check the quest log for details on a special platinum quest. There are extra platinum rewards available if you complete it before the time limit.

Included Games has stated that they plan to drop updates every 2 weeks for Heroes of Fortune. This week, they’ve added four new environments, along with 5 new goblin grunts. Character customisation is expanding further with new female facial features, including eyes, brows, lips, face shapes, and noses.
