Noodlecake Studios recently published their latest release onto the Google Play store which comes in the form of a 2D side-scrolling platformer called League of Evil. Layered with plenty of retro gaming goodness, League of Evil will have players running, wall jumping, flipping and punching their way through over 160 levels in the hopes of confronting the evil scientist and punching him in the face.
League of Evil is a face-paced platformer that feels like it takes influences from a variety of games including Super Meat Boy and Mega Man with how the game plays out. Interestingly enough, one of the biggest praises this game has recieved since its time on iOS is that the controls are some of the best that have been implemented into this type of game. They are simple but very responsive and work well with the game overall.
League of Evil Features:
– Over 160 levels of super agent action!
– Sick acrobatics: Jump, flip, wall jump, wall hug, double jump
– Multiple world locations
– Pixel art and chiptune retro style game!
