BASED KICK has announced a new rhythm game called HYPNOSYNC. They’ve launched the Steam page for the game and will launch a demo featuring 10 songs near the end of 2025. They’ll release the game in Q1 2026 on PC via Steam, followed by Android and iOS releases in Q2 2026.

In the game, you unexpectedly find yourself running a strange new arcade under the guidance of a boss named Nezzie. She asks you to hypnotise customers until they start working at the arcade and spend even more money there. Creepy!
HYPNOSYNC is a rhythm game with a managerial twist, where each note represents a fragment of a character’s willpower. Hit the notes with perfect timing, and you’ll gradually break through their resistance, pulling them deeper into a hypnotic trance.
Each song introduces a new character to hypnotise. The characters each have different levels of willpower and distinct personalities. Some characters are tougher to break than others, requiring sharper reflexes to overcome their strong minds.
The game’s visual presentation leans heavily on cute and fluid animation. Based Kick has released a trailer that gives us a glimpse of the game. Watch it right here!

Once you master the rhythm, you can trigger the Daze Mode, where you face Daze Challenges for additional rewards. Completing them earns Daze Tickets, which you can use in the Deep Dive Draw system.
