[Update: Released] League of Angels – Fire Raiders gets a new interview video with the developers, limited open beta now live

The upcoming MMORPG we reported on back in the beginning of February 2015 now has a new video that is essentially a bit of an interview/introduction to the developers behind the game. Also happening right now is a location-specific open beta testing phase. This means that even though it is an open beta, you do have to live in the regions that are specified in order to participate in it.

Update: April 9th, 2015 12:07pm PST: League of Angels is now available for free on Google Play. You can pick this game up through the link at the bottom of this article for free. You can check out our original coverage here.

In case you missed our previous coverage regarding League of Angels – Fire Raiders, this is an MMORPG title with TCG elements layered into it. Players will still be able to equip and level up their heroes and the angel assigned to the team. Outside of the questing system, League of Angels also will come with cross-server arena battles, team dungeons, unique PVE and PVP modes and plenty of mini games. Also on the table are plans to have launch festivities as well as regular weekly events.

You can check out and meet the developers behind this game in the video above and learn more about the thinking behind some of the features in League of Angels – Fire Raiders. The open beta is live and is available for anyone who lives in Canada and the Philippines. As for a worldwide launch, right now GTArcade has a mid-March 2015 time frame slated for that. When the game does launch, it will be available for download for free with optional IAPs available.
