Currently a fairly popular top-down space shooter series for iOS, M2M Ent Games has brought the third installment to the series over to Android called AstroWings3 – ICARUS. This is a fast-paced shooter but not to the level of bullet hell games although the top difficulty can get close to that.
In AstroWings3, you will have three different ships to choose from, each with upgradeable weapons through the game’s new upgrade system. Aside from the plethora of enemies you are going to shoot in the face, there are some big boss fights as well.

This game is pretty close to the real arcade deal stuffed onto your Android phone. As you progress through each area, things get increasingly more difficult. You can also nab floating power-ups along the way to help you out. AstroWings3 – ICARUS is available off of the Google Play store for free.
