New physics-based puzzler, Super Stickman Golf, arrives on Android

An interesting Golf themed physics puzzler landed on the Android Market yesterday called Super Stickman Golf. You do need to play Golf in order to get through each stage but each stage is set up as more of a physics-based puzzle game instead of a typical golf or min-golf course.

Each stage, or hole depending on how you want to call it, is made up of various angles and ways for your to get your ball in the hole in order to proceed to the next. A lot of stages are multi-level so just whacking a ball forward won’t really help you a whole lot half the time.

Features:

  • 7 unlockable super clubs!
  • Over 280 unique holes!
  • OpenFeint online leaderboards.
  • Amazing HD graphics
  • Integrated OpenFeint Achievements.
  • New crazy obstacles. Conveyor belts anyone??
  • 8-bit chiptune game soundtrack!

While you are slugging around the 280 some odd holes in-game, you will be treated to some pretty awesome chiptunes for background music. While the iOS version currently has multiplayer already, the Android version does not but the developers have said they are working on bringing it to the Android version in an update as soon as possible. That way you’ll be able to swing your way through each hole with a friend. The Android version does have more course though then the iOS so it kind of make up for the wait on multiplayer.

Super Stickman Golf is a freemium game which means you can download and play the entire game for free if you want to. You also will have the option of being able to unlock power-ups faster through the use of in-game purchasing but it is completely optional. Best of all, there are no ads either. You can check out the official trailer below.
