Old School RuneScape, Jagex’s mobile port of its venerable isometric MMORPG, has just received a new area in its latest update.
The vampyre city of Darkmeyer contains new shops, amenities, enemies, and skilling methods, including a Hallowed Sepulchre agility course and an Essence Mine, which allows you to train your Runecrafting skill utilising the mineral deposits in Darkmeyer.
The Hallowed Sepulchre, meanwhile, is a minigame that allows you to train your agility skill by traversing the boobytrapped crypt.
To unlock the gates of Darkmeyer you’ll need to complete the new Sins of the Father quest, which is part of a long-running storyline in which the Myreque attempt to free the dark swamplands of Morytania from an evil vampyre called Lord Drakan. Cool.
