Realms of Pixel has landed on Android regionally. It brings a classic pixel RPG with idle gameplay. NovaSonic Games is the publisher of this fantasy adventure. You might feel like you’ve stumbled upon Akira Toriyama’s work from Dragon Ball when you dive into this game.
What’s the Story in Realms of Pixel?
With nostalgic 2.5D pixel art, Realms of Pixel has a plenty for you to do. There’s dungeon crawling to collecting heroes and setting up the perfect battle lineup. The strategy kicks in when you start experimenting with different combos and skill synergies.
Realms of Pixel has a bunch of PvP modes, including Guild Wars, Cross-Server Battles and Ranked Matches. There is also a variety of challenging mini-games. The devs are making sure that they drop regular mini-game updates for players.
The game is idle, so needless to say, you can just tap, upgrade, claim rewards and conquer the arenas. There are a bunch of characters that you can form a squad with. From Anastasia and Seraphina to Roland and Zenith, they come with different skills and specialties.
But There’s Been a Debate!
One thing that’s making players raise an eyebrow, though, is how much the game reminds them of Dragon Ball due to the art style and also Panilla Saga due to the other features. Over on reddit, players are debating over the authenticity of the game.
