Sausage Man is dropping some fresh mayhem in its celestial court through the new season, SS17. It’s called The Journey: Wukong Strikes Heaven Again and it brings a crazy twist to the beloved Monkey King saga.
Here’s What’s Going Down in Sausage Man SS17
First off, the highlight of the season is the Wukong Against the Court mode. You have the Great Sage leading his monkey army against Erlang Shen and his celestial court forces.
A Leap for Journey to the West mode is also available now. There are nine major levels which are further divided into nine sub-levels each. So, you get a total of 81 parkour levels. The first sausage to conquer it gets candy rewards.
The newest weapon that SS17 brings to Sausage Man is the Magic Weapon: Wicked Rod. Close the gap to smack your foes or go defensive and spin the rod to block bullets. You can also slap on the Rod-Spin Chip, a new attachment, to dish out damage while protecting yourself from incoming fire.
The Golden-Red Gourd is the new magic weapon. It can suck mini sausages into the gourd, watch enemy HP drain away and revive your buddies inside.
The two new modes are Solo Battle: Duel City and Solo Battle: Sky Realm in Arcade Party. Take out everyone in your path by grabbing your strongest weapon.
The Duel Master feature in Custom Room lets you set your own rules. Pick your map, tweak the conditions and battle it out with friends.
There Are Some Delightful Extras!
Pizza Island has new mini-games, so teleport over and check them out. The Peach Festival event is also live, letting you log in, earn Peaches and sell them in your shop for rewards like Crystal Globe Skins and Backpack Skins.
There’s also a new Arcade Championship starting on February 24th. Join the Army of One competition every Friday to Sunday, rack up the Competition Points and climb the leaderboard.
