Sega launches their Dreamcast classic game called ChuChu Rocket

For those of you who had the pleasure of owning a DreamCast from Sega at some point in your life will probably have played one of the more popular puzzle games for the system called ChuChu Rocket. It seems Sega is taking a serious look at pushing into the Android Market as this is another titles that is now available from them.

For those of you who haven’t heard of ChuChu Rocket before, it is a game where up to four people need to guide their ChuChu’s (a mouse-like creature) into their matching colored rockets. While at first it sounds fairly easy but the game gets challenging pretty fast over the course of all 500 levels that it comes with. Guiding your ChuChu’s is almost sort of like playing Lemmings though. You can place up to three directional blocks on the field in which the ChuChu’s will use to switch directions while marching to find their ship

To make things even more challenging, you’ll also have a cat-like creatures, called a KapuKapu (correct me if I’m wrong on this name, it’s been awhile), that finds the ChuChu creatures a rather tasty treat. If they find their way to a rocket then it eats a big chunk of your score as well. This is just the normal mode too!

There is also a puzzle mode where you have to get a limited amount of ChuChu creatures into rockets using only the specific blocks given to you. This is a big game and any DreamCast fan will be more than happy to see this now available on Android. You can grab it off the Android Market for $0.99. Any guesses (aside from Sonic) as to what game Sega will put out next?
