XSEED Games, the publishing label of Marvelous USA, has announced a new game. It’s a simulation game, or as the team calls it, a supernatural (un)life sim titled Moonlight Peaks. The project is being developed by Little Chicken Game.

Supernatural sim Moonlight Peaks will release on July 7th, 2026. While it was previously announced for Windows PC via Steam, the publisher has now added Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and (Android) Google Play Games to the list of platforms in development.

What’s the game about?

Moonlight Peaks is about a vampire protagonist attempting to carve out a gentler existence despite being the child of Count Dracula. Rather than embracing a fearsome family legacy, the character relocates to the Dracula family’s abandoned homestead in the town of Moonlight Peaks.

Why? Well, they aim to lead a simple life there. By cultivating crops, forming relationships, and demonstrating that compassion and creativity can define an immortal life.

The place is populated by other supernatural residents as well. You’ll find werewolves, witches, mermaids, and other nocturnal figures. So, supernatural sim Moonlight Peaks is both a farming simulator and a social life-sim.

You’ll take up residence in a haunted cottage once owned by your family and reshape it according to your preferred gothic aesthetic. Farming includes magical crops and livestock like Draculambs. Meanwhile, tools themselves can be bewitched to assist with agricultural work.

The town is home to seven families whose histories you can uncover through relationship-building and exploration. There are two dozen romanceable characters, and you may pursue a ‘tomb love’ while navigating a mystical dating scene.

Activities outside the farm include fishing, foraging, potion-crafting, embroidering, flower arranging, and collecting cards for a local game called Nokturna. You can play it against other residents. The day-night cycle imposes a limitation on the undead protagonist, who must return to a coffin before sunrise.
