Survivalcraft gets a big update with horse riding, herding and more

Survivalcraft, which is basically like Minecraft on steroids right now, has received a pretty massive update today that brings with it plenty of changes and new features to the game. For those of you who play this game, you’ll notice that a few of these changes are pretty significant to how you play the game in terms of new game mechanics like horse riding.

That is correct, horse riding is now apart of Survivalcraft along with the ability to herd animals. Herding is done using a whistle and will drive cattle to where you want them to go, hopefully that is. Keeping up with the topic of animals, Sharks are now found in the ocean so watch out for those. Here is the changelog for this update in a brief form, if you want the full detailed form, you can find that on the official Survival Craft website. It’s a big list.

Survival Craft Changelog:

– New hero model to match other animals
– Sharks in the ocean
– Yellow rays and brown rays, with dig-in behavior
– Piranhas
– Horses, 5 colors
– Camels
– Leather and saddle
– Horseriding mechanic and all associated elements
– Wire-through blocks
– Better four legged animals animations: walk, trot and canter
– Animals cannot jump over fences or cacti
– Added whistle & cattle drive behavior
– Fixed many bugs

As you can see, even in the short form of the changelog, this update was very focused on the animals in-game. The full version of the changelog is about 3x the size of this one and goes into details about even the bug fixes. If you haven’t updated your copy of Survivalcraft yet, you can do so anytime as the update is now live on Google Play.
