Rebound, the studio behind the well-received Tennis Manager franchise, has unveiled a new title for mobile. It’s actually Tennis Manager again, but with some exclusive features. The new title is Tennis Manager 25 – My Player, and it’s now up for pre-registration on Android.
What’s different in Tennis Manager 25 – MY PLAYER?
The new title shifts the perspective from manager to player. You are not calling the shots off-court in this one. You’re now stepping directly into the shoes of a young tennis player, and build your own character from scratch.
You’ll guide them through the grind of junior tournaments, navigating rankings, training sessions, and media pressure. Interestingly, Tennis Manager 25 – MY PLAYER combines elements of RPG storytelling with that of a usual sports management sim.
As you’re the player yourself, you’ll make key decisions about training priorities, develop a custom playstyle, and adapt to various surfaces. You’ll find out your strengths, whether it lies in crushing baseline rallies or slicing through net points with a serve-and-volley approach.
With a full-time pro career, you’ll also be managing off-court choices like handling fame, shaping public image.
This game has a major addition
Tennis Manager 25 – MY PLAYER uses 3D match simulations. It’s a first for the series on handheld platforms, giving players a more immersive view of the action.
Rebound has designed it as a premium game for mobile. It will be available at a one-time price of $9.99 with no ads or in-app purchases. It’s expected to land on September 4th, right in time for the US Open 2025 in New York. You can now pre-register the title on the Google Play Store.
