We missed the last couple of weeks with our weekly column that takes a look at Android games looking for crowdfunding on the various major sites out there that offer this sort of service. This week we have a few more Android games looking for crowdfunding plus two special gaming related projects to take a gander at.
Appbackr happens to be one of the major crowdfunding sites we watch when doing our weekly round-up for Android games looking for funds for the public. It works a little differently than other sites in that instead of getting rewards for funding a game, like on Kickstarter, you actually make a profit on your investment instead.
We posted last week a short list of some of the games we found on the more major crowdfunding sites out there on the interwebs and the response was pretty good. So we will be doing a weekly round-up of new titles available that need funding while keeping an eye on the ones we’ve already mentioned.
Crowdfunding has become rather popular recently and for developers can be quite successful. A prime example of this is the recent news regarding Double Take’s Kickstarter project which, as of right now, is sitting at around $1.6million dollars. So we decided to take a look at some of the bigger crowdfunding sites out there and see what is being offered up for funding regarding Android games.
